To improve management teaching and practices and policy and decision-making processes

We uphold the public good as our top priority, something that is free of partisan, and ideological bias.

Our research and analysis in the domain of management and public policies span a broad range of management processes and policy issues informed by diverse research methods and tailored to meet specific needs. We really wanted to be known for these attributes to all our stakeholders and people at large who could relate to work.

Our People
Our people, who include public intellectuals, academicians, activists, statesman, policy makers, always bring a diverse range of professional expertise and knowledge to all our events.

Spreading between Europe and Asia we primarily focus on these continents for conducting all our activities, however, we have plans to expand our operation to other territories

The seminar vertical of Academy of Policy and Research, a not-for-profit public policy and new age management think-tank based in London which scrupulously conduct research on a wide array of subjects ranging from economics to social science that lead to new ideas for solving problems the societies at large trying to come to terms with. Our aim is assist government, other social institutions and influencers solving problems efficiently and effectively, serving justice, and encouraging active citizenship.

All our events, from seminar to workshop, deliberate on a range of topics, i.e., how are human resources strategies formulated, how can we explain the variance between what is espoused and what is actually implemented and how the complexities of strategic management must be looked at through up-to- date scholarship and hands-on applications.

The participants try to interpret Henri Fayol management maxim "to manage is to forecast and to plan, to organise, to command, to co-ordinate and to control' or make effort to recast Taylor's Scientific Management' that emphasizes on resting upon clearly defined laws, rules, and principles, as a foundation. All our participants find there is always a new learning from Old Schools such as Ghislain Deslandes definition of management as “a vulnerable force, under pressure to achieve results and endowed with the triple power of constraint, imitation and imagination, operating on subjective, interpersonal, institutional and environmental levels”. These intellectually engaging sessions go beyond Peter Druker's identification of task of management as marketing and innovation, or so he says, innovation is also linked to marketing (product innovation is a central strategic marketing issue) and marketing as a key essence for business success.

We hold seminars, public lecture series and workshops touching upon geoeconomics, public policy that is commonly embodied in "constitutions, legislative acts, and judicial decisions'',

Our economic topics range anything from a retrospective analysis of Year 1969 first economics nobel laureates Ragnar Frisch and Jan Tinbergen "for having developed and applied dynamic models for the analysis of economic processes" to current reflection on Year 2017 Nobel laureate Richard Thaler's exploration mental quirks such as loss aversion and the status-quo bias, for building “a bridge between the economic and psychological analyses of individual decision-making.”
